Join us for after-school nature camp in Decatur!

Give your child an after-school routine they'll be excited about. From forest adventures to creative nature projects, every afternoon is an opportunity to explore, discover, and play outdoors. Choose the schedule that works best for your family with 2-, 3-, or 5-day enrollment options.

Registration for After-School Camp 2026-27 is open now on the Parent Dashboard. Bus transportation is currently available from City Schools of Decatur, and families from any school are welcome to join us with parent drop-off.

No two afternoons are the same. Campers hike local trails, visit parks and nature preserves, care for gardens, create nature-inspired art, observe wildlife, and learn through hands-on environmental experiences — all while spending plenty of time outside with friends. In addition to gardening & chickens, nature sports & games, and woodworking for all grades, the fall interest clubs include:

If your child loves to explore, create, or simply recharge in the fresh air after a busy school day, camp offers a place to grow, build confidence, and make lasting memories in nature. 🌿

The monthly cost is $245 for 2 days per week, $360 for 3 days per week, and $560 for 5 days per week. Learn more about After-School Camp and School Break Camp.
